Our most popular service, this package is designed for couples who wish to make all the decisions and arrangements on the venue and vendors themselves, but would like to leave the final coordination details to a planning professional.
This means that we take care of those critical last four to six weeks for you, and we are there on-site as your coordinator on the day of the wedding.
It's in this last month leading up to the wedding that we take the reigns over the process. Almost all couples acknowledge this month as the most stressful period of the planning process! You've invested a lot of time and money at this point, and just want to focus on the big day with your family and friends.

We start the service about 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding day, so that we're able to familiarize and finalize the details with your vendors to execute a smooth and flawless wedding.
You will receive a comprehensive intake form, guest list template along with a generic shot list for you to hand-off contacts, vendor information and all details pertaining to your wedding.
We will be the main point of contact for you between family and friends, venue and vendors you’ve secured.
As with all weddings, if any part of the day is delayed, we will adjust the itinerary accordingly to ensure we’re back on track for time.
